At Issue: Kids and Cash

Money management.  Financial literacy.  Savvy cash know-how.  However you refer to it, there is a lot of talk these days about how to address money and our kids.  Should kids get allowance for doing chores?  Should they be involved with family budgeting discussions?  How do you teach kids about the value of a dollar, in an age where money is often represented by a plastic card and an ABM?

This week, 4Mothers tells you what we do (and what we don’t do) and, as always, we hope you’ll tell us what’s happening in your neck of the woods.  This issue isn’t under-represented in the media, but if you’re up for some quick reading, here are a few topical articles.

  2. Hi there! I understand this is somewhat off-topic however
I had to ask. Does building a well-established blog
such as yours require a lot of work? I am completely new
to operating a blog but I do write in my journal
daily. I’d like to start a blog so I can share my experience and feelings online.
Please let me know if you have any kind of ideas or tips
for new aspiring blog owners. Thankyou!
