We are winding down the days here at 4mothers1blog, and this week we are choosing one word to be our inspiration for the year ahead. Carrie Snyder is our inspiration, having chosen a word of the year for ten years running, and she will kick off our week tomorrow by looking back at her word for 2014. Then Nathalie, Beth-Anne and Carol will each pick a word for 2015. Won’t you join in? Pick a word to guide you, inspire you, motivate you, challenge you, calm you or ground you for the year ahead. Share it with us in the comments, or send us along to your blog. We’d love to hear about how you all are looking forward.
And next week, we’re looking back over our year and choosing our favourite posts from 2014. If one of our posts from this year stood out for you, let us know. We love to hear what has resonated with you.
Our new year at officially starts on Monday, January 5th, when we will begin a month of posts on health and fitness.
In the mean time, please join us on our looking forward and back a year.

2015
My word for 2014 was SIMPLIFY.
You can read about it here: http://snapscrapsmishaps.com/2014/12/15/one-little-word-2014-recap-simplify/
My word for 2015 will be TODAY. I plan to blog about it on or around January 1st.
Can’t wait to see what you guys pick!
I agree with you that what constitutes “simplifying” is personal. This year, I gave up on some of those pesky “should-dos” and the guilt that comes along with them. Perhaps my shoe closet isn’t any more simple, but my being is. Thank you for sharing!
My word for 2015…Harmony…read about it here. http://wp.me/p4MJD0-3p
From reading your post, it sounds like harmony is exactly what you need in your life. I wish you the best of luck in achieving it! Thank you for sharing and Happy New Year!
