Gyro bowls! These little things are amazing, I hand a bowl full of fruit or cereal to my toddler in the kitchen and he runs away with them. I have no fear that he will spill them, I worry not for the carpet or the sofa. Parenting win.

I’ve never seen these before – thanks for sharing!
I just started two things that I already love: 1. folding laundry in the bedroom where it belongs — much easier to get it put away quickly, either by me or the owner of the clothes! 2. making lunches in the morning is daunting! so I have started buying pre-made sandwiches from the healthier food store. It’s probably a little more expensive but it saves my mornings a bit and it is much more filling for my high school son! Thanks for the post!
It probably saves your sanity a bit too, so it’s a steal!
Start picking up a hobby such as reading, crochet, knitting, beading. Do your hobbies when you feel overwhelmed. I myself have a heavy Work load, school load, keep my baby entertained, keeping up on the house. I know theres more I didn’t put it all down but I get it too. Just take a couple long deep breaths. Go for a walk to get a treat with your child/children. just a couple hacks to keep my sanity and my cool!
I think the repetition and tactile nature of those activities is what makes them so soothing. Your hands are engaged, but in such a gentle way, that the rest of you can unwind too…
